Appointment with Caroline
(Please note that Caroline does not do any consultations to find lost/stolen animals.)
Follow the instructions below:
1- Click on an available date on the calendar to your right. Then select the desired service and the preferred time from the drop-down menus. Please note that the schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (Quebec), so if you are in Europe, add six (6) hours to the chosen time.
2- Payment is mandatory to book your appointment*. The different forms of payment accepted include PayPal, credit cards, or e-transfer. Payments by cheque or money order are possible only for North American residents. Please advise Caroline if you wish to pay using this method (cheque or money order) and ensure your payment arrives prior to your consultation. Caroline’s mailing address:
(*Refund policy in case of cancellation: Up to 48 hours prior to the date of the consultation: 100% | the day before the consultation: 50% | the same day as the consultation or failure to cancel: 0%. If Caroline is required to cancel or postpone the consultation to a date that is not suitable to you: 100%.)
3- Preparing for your appointment: Please send a photo or photos of your companion animal to Caroline by email (it is not necessary that this photo be recent), as well as the animal’s name, age, and gender. If you wish, you may also include the questions or topics you would like to address during the consultation (no more than a few lines please).
